Can my Planeswalker target True-Name Nemesis?

The specific case is that I have Sorin, Lord of Innistrad using his ultimate, and I wondered if I could target True-Name Nemesis with it.
I figure I can't because I control Sorin, but I just want to be sure.

You can't target the TNN because of the exact reason you gave, you control Sorin.
