Can Mairsil, the Pretender activate abilities more than once with Quicksilver Elemental?

i have Mairsil, the Pretender on the battlefield with 3 creatures exiled by it. (Quicksilver Elemental would be 1 of the 3 creatures.) As long as i have blue mana to activate Quicksilver Elemental's activated ability by Mairsil, the Pretender, can i activate Mairsil, the Pretender's 3 abilities multiple times?

10/4/2004 If you make two copies of an ability that can be activated once a turn, you can activate each of them once a turn.
It looks like you can.
