Can ice floe target two creatures?

Scenario : I have one Ice Floe and a Deserted Temple, my opponent attacks with 2 creatures.
Can i activate the Ice Floe, then in response activate the Deserted Temple then reactivate the ice floe, targeting another creature, to keep them both tapped?

No. Each iteration of the ability has a uniquely defined duration. If you activate the ability, but Ice Floe becomes untapped before the ability resolves, then the effect won't apply because the duration is already over.

611.2a Some continuous effects generated by the resolution of a spell or ability have durations worded "for as long as...." If the "for as long as" duration never starts, or it ends before the moment the effect would first be applied, the effect does nothing. It doesnt start and immediately stop again, and it doesnt last forever.
