Can I use Teferi, Time Raveler to return creature to my hand after attacking, which was put on battlefield using Sneak Attack and before sacrifice it?

For example, can I put on battlefield Griselbrand via Sneak Attack, attack (succesfully), gain 7 lives, pay 7 lives for 7 card, then in main phase after attack return to my hand? Means sacrifice effect of Sneak Attack "fizzles out", as it has no legal target?

Yes, that works. After the combat phase ends, you get another main phase. You're allowed to activate Teferi's ability targeting Griselbrand. Griselbrand will be gone from the battlefield by the time Sneak Attack tries to make you sacrifice it, and nothing will happen.
