Can I use one effect to save another creature at the same time.

Let's say on my side of the field I have a 3/3 land elemental and a Cyclone Sire and my friend has a Skysnare Spider and a Worldbreaker

Let's say I attack with both my creatures. When they both get blocked and die, could I use Cyclone Sire's effect to make my elemental a 6/6 making it live

No. Combat damage is dealt simultaneously, and then all creatures with lethal damage marked on them are destroyed as a state-based action. After that, triggered abilities are put onto the stack. At this time, the 3/3 land elemental with which you attacked will be dead and will not be a legal target for Cyclone Sire's ability.
