Can I use Rosheen Meanderer mana to cast samurai if I have Kentaro, the Smiling Cat in play?

Building a deck that uses the combo, wondered if it actually worked.
The key concept here is that Kentaro creates an alternative cost. It's giving you two options of cost when casting a Samurai:
You can either cast it using its actual mana cost, or, you can pay X where X is equal to the Samurai's converted mana cost. The regular mana cost wouldn't be able to use the Meanderer's mana (unless you have something like Conspiracy out to give all of your creatures the Samurai type and some X cost stuff like Endless One) but the alternative cost will.

Yes, you can assuming you cast the Samurai with Kentaro's ability of course.
