Can I sac Leveler to Arcum Dagsson before my Library exiles?

I have a Leveler just being cast. and a Arcum Dagsson already on board. When the leveler's ETB ability goes off, can I sac it in response to Arcum and tutor an artifact? Not sure on how the interaction exactly works. Thanks for the help!

Yes, you're allowed to do that. Leveler 's ability is a triggered ability (it starts with "when"/"whenever"/"at"), and players are allowed to make responses after a triggered ability triggers but before it starts resolving. In your example the activated ability from Arcum Dagsson that you responded with will resolve first, and then after it's finished (and if no one has any more responses) the trigger from Leveler will resolve.
