Can I run Elbrus, Binding Blade in a Naya EDH deck?

Because it transforms into Withengar Unbound  ^Flip, which I think is black. So can I run it in my Uril naya EDH deck?

As you said, the back side of each of those cards is black. That makes the color identity of the entire card black. Therefore they cannot be run in a Naya or any non-black deck.
