Can I return before I sacrifice? (Sneak and Show deck)

If I play Emrakul, the Aeons Torn + Sneak Attack . Can I bounce Emrakul back to my hand with a Karakas before I have to sacrifice it? Do I have to sacrifice it from my hand?

You can use Karakas to avoid the delayed trigger from Sneak Attack.

The sneak attack would trigger, but it will do anything, since emrakul is already gone. Sacrifice means to take a permanent from the battlefield and put it in the graveyard. It cannot be done from any zone other than the battlefield.
