Can I play a land with Chandra Pyromaster's 2nd ability?

If you've already played a land can you play another one if you exile it with her ability?
Please link your cards. Use double brackets. [ [ Forest ] ], without spaces, becomes Forest.
From the Gatherer page:
If you exile a land card using the second ability, you may play that land only if you have any available land plays. Normally, this means you can play the land only if you havent played a land yet that turn.
