Can I multi-untap my lands with my illusionist's bracers?

Would combining a Voyaging Satyr with a Rings of Brighthearth or an Illusionist's Bracers allow the untapping of multiple lands? I only ask because the ruling regarding a mana ability states that "A mana ability is an ability that (1) isn't a loyalty ability, (2) doesn't target, and (3) could put mana into a player's mana pool when it resolves." and the untapping of land eventually (in most cases) leads to mana being added to the mana pool.

Yes, you can untap additional lands this way. Voyaging Satyr does not have a mana ability. Although it will often lead to the creation of additional mana, it does not directly add mana to a player's mana pool as it resolves and so does not meet the requirements for being a mana ability.

Considering the ability says "Target" right in it, it cannot possibly be a mana ability because mana abilities don't target.

Yes. Both of those artifacts, Rings of Brighthearth and Illusionist's Bracers , can potentially copy Voyaging Satyr 's untap ability, adding an additional instance of "untap target land" onto the stack each.

His ability is not a mana ability. A mana ability is something seen such as on Elvish Mystic or the abilities on Battlefield Forge .
