Can I get a land from Sakura-Tribe Elder when doing the Natural Affinity + Pyroclasm combo?

Is there a way to play out this interaction such that all the lands die but I can keep one from the sacrifice of the Sakura-Tribe Elder?

Looking to destroy all the lands with Natural Affinity + Pyroclasm combo but have a leg up on my opponent.

Sure. You just have to make sure you do things in the right order.

1. Cast Natural Affinity and let it resolve.
2. Sacrifice Sakura-Tribe Elder.
3. Cast Pyroclasm.

Alternatively,

1. Cast Natural Affinity and let it resolve.
2. Cast Pyroclasm.
3. Sacrifice Sakura-Tribe Elder while Pyroclasm is still on the stack.

The important part here is that Natural Affinity will only affect the lands currently on the battlefield. Any lands that come in after it resolves will be unaffected, and thus not be creatures.
