Can I fetch Xenagos, God of Revels with a Green Sun's Zenith?

The title says it all. Are there situations where I can and cannot fetch it? Or can I not fetch it at all?

You can search for the God of Revels, as it's ability only works when the card is on the battlefield. In all other zones, it will always be a Legendary Enchantment Creature.
Also, remember to check Gatherer for applicable rulings:
The type-changing ability that can make the God not be a creature functions only on the battlefield. Its always a creature card in other zones, regardless of your devotion to its color.

You most certainly can. When a card is in the library, it has all of the properties printed on it. So Xenagos, God of Revels is a red and green legendary enchantment creature with the subtype God. Green Sun's Zenith only cares if a card is both green and has the "creature" type, and Xenagos has both of those so it can be searched up with the Zenith. The only time that you wouldn't be able to tutor it up is if something such as Mycosynth Lattice changes the color of cards in your library.

Yes. Xenagos is always a creature when he is anywhere but the battlefield. His ability only applies when he is on the battlefield.
