Can I fetch in response to a Miracle trigger

If the first card I draw is Entreat the Angels, do I have to cast it right away, or can I fetch to have more lands available?

Yes. Miracle is actually a triggered ability. You can fetch in response to the trigger on the stack to get another land once you reveal the card.

Actually Miracle is something of a combination of a triggered ability and a replacement effect, so while you can fetch land in response to the trigger telling you to cast the spell, you still have to reveal the card AS you draw it (before it touches the other cards in your hand).

Keep that in mind so people won't accuse you of cheating.
