Can I fetch a Blood Crypt with a Bloodstained Mire?

I'm not sure about this, i think Bloodstained Mire refers to the subtypes swamp, and mountain (which Blood Crypt has), not a card named swamp/mountain

Yes, for the reason you cited. Bloodstained Mire only cares about the subtype and not that the card is named Swamp or Mountain.
