Can I enchant Vault Skirge with Ensoul Artifact?

Ensoul Artifact dosent say "enchant target noncreature artifact" so can be enchanted to Vault Skirge?
If it can will Vault Skirge just be a 5/5, or will it be a 5/5 flying lifelink?
It will also be a flying lifelinker. Another fun target for Ensoul Artifact is Darksteel Citadel to get a 5/5 indestructible creature.

To follow up on your second question: Ensoul Artifact doesn't remove any existing types or abilities from the enchanted artifact. Vault Skirge will still be Vault Skirge, except it'll be a 5/5 instead of a 1/1.
