Can I counter Séance's ability to keep my token?

This is an ultra-jank question.I'm not that smart, so I'm just making sure that Sance 's end of turn exile trigger could be countered with a "counter target triggered ability" spell, such as Disallow, thus keeping the token for the rest of the game.

Sure, the part that reads "Exile it at the beginning of the next endstep" is a delayed trigger ability and can be countered by anything that counters triggered abilities.
