So with the trigger ability of Kaalia of the Vast that triggers Angel's Tomb. My question is can I attack with the Angel's Tomb?

Unfortunately not. Attackers must be declared at the same time, and you have alreasy declared your attackers, as noted by you triggering Kaalia. The Tomb is not a creature at the time that you declare attackers, so it cannot attack.
