Can I Aethersnatch a Commander?

Alright, so I've been very leery about using this Aethersnatch spell against commander's because I'm not sure if I actually get control of someone's Commander, or if it just goes to the Command Zone.

It will come into play under your control.

You only have a choice to move your commander to the command zone if it was going to a zone other than the stack or the battlefield. When creature spells resolve, they leave the stack and enter the battlefield under their controller's control, so your opponent would not get to put their commander back in the command zone.

Remember that this card was designed for commander.
