Can Carrion Feeder Sac Creatures in Reponse to Killing Wave?

If you where to cast Killing Wave , but you have Carrion Feeder on the field and you where to sac all your creatures with his ability "in response." Is this plausible?
Yes, before any spell resolves both players have to pass priority. So you can continue to activate Carrion Feeder 's ability for a long as you have creatures to sacrifice before Killing Wave resolves.

Of course.
Killing Wave would go on the stack, and then you get priority and a chance to respond to it. Because Carrion Feeder 's ability is instant speed, you can sacrifice all your creatures to him and make him huge. Then you can pass priority, and Killing Wave will resolve. Now because you only have 1 creature left, you will only have to pay x once.
