Can Animar, Soul of Elements, Vizier of the Menagerie, and Grinning Ignus make inifinte mana?

So if Animar, Soul of Elements has two +1/+1 counters on it and I have Vizier of the Menagerie and Grinning Ignus on the field with it and I choose to pay one red mana to return Grinning Ignus to my hand so that it will add two colorless and one red mana to my mana pool, Can I use the colorless mana as a red mana because of Vizier of the Menagerie and use the left over red mana to bounce Grinning Ignus back to my hand leaving one colorless mana left to create a infinite loop producing infinite colorless mana?

I forgot to say use the colorless mana to cast Grinning Ignus becasue of Vizier of the Menagerie and use the left over red mana to use his ability to bounce Grinning Ignus back to my hand.
