can Ancient Ziggurat be used to pay for ninjutsu?

Ancient Ziggurat can be used to pay the ninjutsu cost on say, Higure, the Still Wind correct?

No. Ninjitsu is an activated ability (look at the first part of the reminder text). Ancient Ziggurat can only be used to cast creature spells, not activated abilities of creatures. It'd be like trying to use the mana to activate Deathrite Shaman .

No. Ancient Ziggurat 's restriction allows you to use the mana only to cast creature spells. Ninjutsu is an activated ability, and you aren't casting the Ninja card.
