Sorry, finger slipped.

Ok so....would Sacing Butcher Ghoul give Corpse Blockade deathtouch and then enable me to also play Tragic Slip because of Butcher Ghoul being sac'd?

Yes. Undying reads "when this creature dies...", which means that the creature does die when sacrificed to the Corpse Blockade (so it gets deathtouch) and fulfills the conditions required to use Tragic Slip 's morbid effect.
