Boardwipe indestructible problem

I have a Timber Protector and Treefolk Harbinger, Dungrove Elder and some other Treefolk. My opponent activates Oblivion Stone. Does just Timber Protector die or does everything?

Just Timber Protector. At the time that your creatures would die, they are indestructible. Oblivion Stone does not check twice to see if your creatures would die. If your opponent had played a damage based boardwipe, your creatures would die (if enough damage was dealt) because, unlike regeneration, indestructible does not remove the damage.
