Bloodflow Connoisseur and Reassembling Skeleton

If I have enough mana, can I keep returning Reassembling Skeleton to sac for Bloodflow Connoisseur in the same turn befor I attack? Basically looping round to ramp bloodflow till I'm out of mana.

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, you may activate an activated ability any time you have priority and can afford its activation cost. There's nothing to prevent you from alternating these abilities (provided you have mana).
