Let's say I have two Drana's Emissary and one Bloodbond Vampire on the battlefield. At the beginning of my upkeep, will [[Bloodbond vampire get +1/+1 twice or just once?

Twice. At the beginning of your upkeep, each Emissary will trigger, and the triggers will resolve one at a time. After each one resolves, the Bloodbond Vampire will trigger.

Bloodbond gets a +1/+1 counter for each event of lifegain...so 2 counters.
