Blinking Mairsil

If I use AEtherling or Deadeye Navigator or Essence Flux to exile and immediately return Mairsil, will that allow me to use all abilities again? Having a debate with other players on whether using Spikeshot Elder + Tree of Perdition then blinking Mairsil, the Pretender with AEtherling will allow you to then use Hateflayer + Tree of Perdition to take 2 opponents down to 4 health and then use the Hateflayer and Spikeshot Elder to hit both opponents for 4 and win the game.
Note that AEtherling can only exile itself. If you mean using it's ability after exiling it with a cage counter, then that works.
And yes, every time a card changes zones, it's a new object with no memory of its previous existance, meaning whether you have activated any abilities of that permanent isn't relevant - you will get to activate each ability again.
As for your combo there, assuming enough mana, I can't put together how you're bringing two enemies down to four without blinking Mairsil inbetween, as Tree + Spikeshot + Hateflayer is enough to bring one down to 4, but not more... right?
Everything else is sound, though, except of course you will only win the game if there are only two opponents left in the game at that point ;)

And like the other answer says, you indeed need haste if you want to do it all in the same turn.

I didn't list the haste components I have. And basically everything will be caged under mairsil. Have 2 artifacts that give haste plus two creatures that provide haste for 1 mana. Mana might be only issue I would run into but plan on caging all the mana providing artifacts also.

Note that Deadeye Navigator doesn't work while caged, it actually has to be on the battlefield.

Thank you neotrup that was one other question I meant to ask about and forgot to. I had interpreted it to be the ability doesn't exist unless he's soulbound, other players tried telling me that doesn't matter since it's ability is in the text.
Outside of a 2 month stretch around m2010 and zendikar I haven't played since 1998 so I'm on a step learning curve to understand rules I've not dealt with before. He'll until last week didn't know mana burn wasn't a thing anymore.
I was going to link my deck to ask if there was a noticeable card that stood out that I might be misinterpreted but haven't been able to get that to work.

You put double square brackets around the url-slug for the deck. Your deck's url is http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/02-10-17-the-pretender/, which means you'd put "02-10-17-the-pretender" (no quotes) between the brackets: The Pretender

If Hateflayer is caged, its ability will only deal 4, not 5 damage, bringing your opponent down to 5 life, not 4, and therefore will require more than a single activation of either ability to finish them off.
As for mana rocks, keep in mind that they tap to generate mana, so exiling more than one would most likely be pointless. Try to get a cage counter on Gilded Lotus, and leave it at that.

Yes. In that case, Mairsil, the Pretender changed zones and therefore, it's a new object after blinking.
Notice, however, that Mairsil will have summoning sickness when it enters the battlefield, so your combo won't work as described (you'd need something like Anger in the gy to make it work, in addition to mana to activate abilities).
