Bestow and protection vs creatures

Can an enchantment creature be played as an aura using its Bestow cost on a creature with Protection from creatures?

Yes.

When you cast a spell for its Bestow cost, it is put onto the stack as an Enchantment - Aura only. It ignores everything about being a creature
