Aurlia, the warleader & Titan triggers?

So if i have an Inferno Titan in play then drop in Aurelia, the Warleader then attack will he get a second trigger during the second combat phase?

Yes he will. There isn't a clause in his ability that prevents this from happening multiple times a turn (like Aurelia, the Warleader 's). So it will trigger whenever he is declared as an attacker.
