Are creatures under AoE enchantments enchanted?

So, I have True Conviction on the field, I then cast Infiltrator's Magemark. Does It affect all of my creatures because they are under the effect of an AoE enchantment or not because IM needs a creature to have an enchantment specifically attached to it?

There is no interaction between these two cards.

Being enchanted is a specific situation where a permanent has an aura attached to it. Global enchantments do no enchant permanents, but modify the gamestate.
