Do I get the +1+1 tokens right away? If I have souls attendant on the battlefield and I play the Archangel?
Yes, Archangel of Thune will trigger from the life gained from Soul's Attendant when it enters the battlefield and give all creatures you control, including itself, a +1/+1 counter each. Terminology note: Counters, such as +1/+1 counters, are placed on permanents (and players, and occasionally cards in other zones), tokens are permanents that are not represented by actual cards (such as saproling tokens).

Yes. Soul's Attendant has an "enters the battlefield" trigger, meaning that for it to trigger Archangel of Thune must be on the battlefield. When Soul's Attendant's trigger resolves you will gain a life, and Archangel of Thune will trigger, putting +1/+1 counters on your creatures.
Just remember, whenever you see "when ... enters the battlefield" that means whatever triggered it has entered the battlefield, so it's there for the purposes of any interaction that follows.
