Aquastrand Spider and Slum Reaper

if i have Aquastrand Spider in play with 2 +1/+1 counters on it and i play Slum Reaper do both triggers trigger simultaneously resulting in slum reaper getting a +1/+1 counter and sacking the spider, or does the sac trigger prevent the +1/+1 counter from being place?

Since you control both triggers and they both trigger from the same thing (the Slum Reaper entering the battlefield), you can choose which order they go on the stack, which means you can essentially choose which order they take effect in. They resolve one at a time.

So yes, you can move a +1/+1 counter from the Aquastrand Spider to the Reaper before anybody, including you, sacrifice creatures to the Reaper.
