Another question about Rise / Fall

Can I cast Rise targeting a creature on a graveyard and creature token on the battlefield? (i.e. in other words the toke is sacrificed?)

First off, a creature token is still a creature, so the short answer is yes, you can Rise a creature card in a graveyard and a creature token on the battlefield.

Going into more details, tokens aren't actually sacrificed when they leave the battlefield. They just stop existing. Exile, graveyard, hand... whenever statebased actions are checked, they will poof away.
