Anafenza, the Foremost processor cost

if i "process" a creature to my opponents graveyard in addition to casting Wasteland Strangler with Anafenza, the Foremost on the battlefield will i still get the -3/-3 to target creature?

Yes, you paid the cost of putting a card from exile into your opponent's graveyard. But since you chose a creature card, Anafenza, the Foremost re-exiles it.
