Aligned Hedron Network

When playing Aligned Hedron Network and you exile all creatures with power 5 or greater, does this mean that once it is out no one can place a creature with power 5 or greater onto the battle field until this card is removed. Also does this work on Hexproof creatures like Sphinx of the Final Word

its a triggered ability that triggers and resolves when it enters, it doesnt affect any P>=5 guys after it enters and goes off.

and it does exile hexproofers because it doesnt target.
