Abbot of Keral Keep and Ancestral Vision

What wil happen if i play Abbot of Keral Keep and the top card is Ancestral Vision is it suspended or cast for 0 or does it just stay exiled
Also, a suspend card is only cast from exile when the last time counter is removed. If you could somehow put a time counter on Ancestral Vision (I cannot think of a way), then on your next upkeep you would remove the counter and cast it, but as it was put into exile without time counters, that situation should not come up.

Your Ancestral Vision would stay exiled. You cannot cast cards that do not have a mana cost through normal means (unless they are coming off suspend), and you cannot suspend cards unless they are in your hand. You cannot suspend cards from other zones.
