A question about undying

If i have a Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and another non-human creature on the battlefield and my opponent use a board wipe like Magmaquake killing all my creatures does the other creature return with undying or not?

Yes. Dies abilities trigger if the creature had the dies ability as it last existed on the battlefield. Because both Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and the other creature died simultaneously, the other creature had undying. Its undying ability will trigger, and it will be put onto the stack when the board wipe finishes resolving. At that time, it won't matter that the creature no longer has undying. It'll still be returned when the ability resolves.

Yes, the non-human creature would return to the battlefield with Undying due to Mikaeus' static ability.
