2vs2 and Dictate of Kruphix

in 2vs2 game i played this spell:Dictate of Kruphix
so, on my opponents draw step (after they draw a card) i draw additional two cards? am i right?
i think so because card says that i draw a card on each player's draw step - each player has got own draw step

Rereading your question, it seems you're confused on how Dictate of Kruphix works. You (the controler of Dictate of Kruphix ) don't draw additional cards; the player who's draw step it is. "That player" refers to the player whose turn it is.

Yeah GreatSword is right, Dictate of Kruphix makes each player draw more cards on their upkeep, it's not an enchant player spell.

You're incorrect. In a two-headed giant game (2v2) each team shares a turn. They both go through the same phases at the same time. There's only one draw step, so Dictate of Kruphix will only trigger once.
