2 headed giant exalted. how does it work

In a 2 headed giant modern tournament at fnm I was playing infect and my team-mate was playing fish. I had a Noble Hierarch on and attacked with Glistener Elf but he swung with his team. does my Glistener Elf get exalted.

No. Because your creature did not attack alone, exalted would not trigger. Attacking with a teammate has its benefits (eg Odric, Master Tactician). Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
