Looking to get the last few cards so a friend could have a decent deck to play at fnms.

So here is my binder. Would like if some of the common/umcommon to be treated as throw-ins.
Hey! I have the Bile Blights (all three), Drown in Sorrows (all three), Silumgar, the Drifting Death, and Prognostic Sphinx I'd be willing to trade. I'd be interested in Shaman of the Forgotten Ways, Ojutai's Command, End Hostilities, and a Swords to Plowshares if you still need them. I'm willing to slant it a few dollars in your favor and drop the End Hostilities if necessary, but I'd love to have all four of those... Let me know what you think?

I've got a Crux of Fate, and I'm interested in your Dragonlord Ojutai and Dragonlord Kolaghan. The Kolaghan and the Crux 5 and 4, respectively, and the Ojutai's 10. Would throwing in a fetch on my side (Wooded Foothills or Windswept Heath) work to even that out?
