Selling Trade Binder for Cash! Lots of Goodies, Esp. for EDH!

Hey guys, it's that time of the year where people start getting strapped for cash, and unfortunately this year I've been hit. I'm planning on selling the remainder of what doesn't sell on here or to friends to my LGS today (Tuesday), but if anyone is interested in anything, I am more than willing to set stuff aside to work out a deal. Midafternoon is when I'll be done accepting offers, so let me know any potential buys quickly.
Some of the items I have that I'm selling are:
- 4x Serra's Sanctum
- Seedborn Muse
- Night of Souls' Betrayal
- Rasputin Dreamweaver
- Canopy Vista
Expedition - Prairie Stream Expedition
- Caged Sun
- Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger
- Phyrexian Obliterator
- Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
- 2x Snapcaster Mage if my friend ends up not getting them.
- Flooded Strand Expedition, again if a friend doesn't get it.
- I'll make availability of these last two known as soon as I know.
You can check out my trade binder here for all of my other cards, and either message me on my wall, my trade binder, or in this thread if you are interested in any of my cards. I will sell anything I have for 80% of TCG Market Price, maybe less if you want to make a large purchase. Any of the Foreign cards I have listed in the Binder description I will let go for 80% of the English price, but the sealed product I have is firm.
As far as shipping goes, I will eat the cost on anything only requiring a stamp, with a minimum purchase of $5. If it's under $20 and you want tracking, add $2. Anything over $20 (just singles, not sealed product) I will add tracking for $1. $30 or more and tracking is free. Tracking on large items (FTV, Commander Precons) will be $5. I do not want to ship outside the US, as it is generally a huge pain and it is quite pricey. I will if you cover the entire shipping cost, however. Payment via PayPal ONLY. Once a deal is reached, we'll initiate a trade on here to hold some accountability. If my refs on here aren't satisfactory, I also have an eBay page with almost 100 sales and 100% positive feedback which I will link if necessary.
I am VERY open to haggling, so try to get the best deal you can at my expense! I know I'll get more from actual people regardless, so I'm happy to haggle a bit. Thanks for your time!

EmblemMan - sure thing! And I unfortunately do not have any extra Gambles at the moment. If you will start a trade with with me we'll talk a bit more in there.

AlertKnave8075 I have recently confirmed that the Snapcasters are being picked up by a friend, so those are off the table. The Windswept Heath is still available though. Does $8 shipped sound good to you? If so, feel free to initiate a trade and we'll talk more there.

i cant initiate trades but youre welcome to :), we can finalize the price in the trade. They are selling for almost $8 on tcg, so is $7 okay? thats considering its NM also.
