Looks like nice collection, i would not be able to pay for it all at one time, until taxes in Febuary. I'd basically be keeping cards i needed/wanted for my growing edh collection, and turning around and selling other cards from this and my collection to cover most of the cost. Also without trade references on here, Id be leery of paying until after I have received and verified cards are real. I have done this with other large collections, but understand any reluctance. I have lots of trades on here, and deckbox, and ebay for trades and sales.
Used to co own a store, now just a limited and edh player who buys collections, then sales and trades the cards I don't need. I don't buy singles which is why I'm willing to put time in to sell/trade into cards I need.
I have not looked at it close enough to make an offer, but am usually higher than my lgs for the overall collection. I understand if you rather get a cash offer, but would need to make payments, after I received the cards (dont need all cards at once, just chunks at a time - like duals, craddle, mox diamond all could come later as I'd keep those.)

If this hasn't sold already, you might want to try one of the high end facebook groups.
