Looking for Fetches and Shocks (or Anything Really)

Hello all, as the title says, I am looking for lands. I mainly want fetch lands (any of them) and to a lesser extent shocks lands (any, preferably 2 most recent printings). My binder has been recently fully updated, with over 2500 unique entries that are all rares or playable commons/uncommons. Everything is for trade, I have no desire to keep any one particular item. Standard cards are not listed, feel free to ask about them.
However, don't let this want of lands make you think I won't as readily accept other cards! I don't have a specific want list currently, but I am generally down to ALWAYS trade for EDH staples or more expensive cards in general. If you have any pricey cards you want to offload for a bunch of smaller items, hit me up!
I want to downsize my own collection, as I can no longer easily carry all my trades with me, so if you offer me $100 or more worth of trades, I'll trade an additional 15% in your favor, 20% at $200, 25% at $300, and 30% at $500 and up. I reserve the right to not do this if you are just offering bulk rares. I have too many as is.

TheGeekOut sorry man, I'm currently only looking to trade. Also you joining the site a literal day ago is a bit suspicious, so I'd probably decline even if I were looking to pay cash. If you guarantee to send first and still have the cards in a month or two, we can revisit this.
