I have 2 Polluted Delta and 1 Wooded Foothills from ktk and an Arid Mesa from zen for trade for Flooded Strand, Windswept Heath, Marsh Flats, Scalding Tarn, Verdant Catacombs, or Misty Rainforest.
My binder isn't completely updated but shouldn't be too bad so have a look and hit me up.

I'll try and put together a decklist if you'd like. I know he has lots of older cards that commonly see play in EDH for sure like Yavimaya Hollow and Rhystic Study that would even out the difference. Your wants list on your binder isn't very long it seems, but it's possible he has a Recurring Nightmare. He is just getting back into magic now after quitting shortly after Urza's block. I'll get with him soon to get a list made.

Hi! I have a Scalding Tarn, and I'm interested in your Wooded Foothills. Do you have any shocklands or unlisted fetches for trade?

These are about all I got for trade atm, if something changes though I'll hit ya up. If you're interested in something else though I'm down to put the wooded foothills towards it.

My buddy has a Marsh Flats and is interested in your 2 deltas. I'm pretty sure he can make up the difference if you're interested.
