Where do you file a Bug Report?

I dont know how to report a bug, can someone help?

Since we're here: The deck builder counts Uncage the Menagerie as a colorless 2-drop, when it's a green 2-drop. Noticed it here.

(I know this sounds like a plug for my deck but it's not)
