What do the dollar signs mean?

Noticed some of my decks, and many other with have three to five dollar signs($$$) next to them when cycled or featured on the home page. Just curious about what that represents. Tried searching for the answer, but no luck. Sorry in advance if this is a double post.

Is there a dollar symbol to cost ratio here? Like above $100 is $$$ above $500 is $$$$ etc.?

that doesnt make sense because one of my decks is about 1.6 K and has no symbol.

Great idea guys, esp for budget players. It would be a good 'sort' option in a deck search too.
