Weird Inventory

So my inventory is putting the same card twice in many cases, one instance saying number of decks O and another instance showing number decks of X, and the number of units is different between the two. Any idea why this is happening? It impacts the number of unique cards but not the total value of collection. I usually have to manually change number copies from O despite syncing a deck with inventory, not sure if the syncing is why Im seeing two entries. Help appreciated.
