Unable to find added card to inventory (Tidings)

I've added the card Tidings to the inventory, yesterday and today.
The popup say that card is been added successfully, the total counter go up, the last update work, but when I'm trying to find the card in the list, through the search filter or going to the right page after ordered up by name, the card Tidings appears to be absent.
Is it me or is there a problem with the card?

Edition:_Commander 18(C18)
Quantity: 1
Language: English
I have tried to add the card even now and the same problem occurs. Today I've added some cards and all works fine for them, but this one is creating some trouble.

That is very strange. The same thing happened to me with "Tidings" from set "C18".
I can't help with this but someone that works on the website might be able to help. At the very least I've replicated the issue you're having.
VampDemigod, you seem to know you're way around here. Can you help get us in touch with someone that fixes this kind of issue?

this is an interesting bug, the solution has been found still working on a solution. Also, beware of the Renewing Touch now in your inventory... as for the connection... don't ask ;P

And thanks yeaGO for the warning, I've removed the card from the inventory.
As for the bug yeah, there has probably been some eclipse or something similar))

I just tested Tidings via "add to inventory". Afterward, I checked to see if the card was there and it was.
Which card edition are you having trouble with?
