Sync with inventory not working

I'm having issues with the "sync with inventory" function. I want to use this site to manage my collection and decks. I filled my inventory with with all my cards and made sure set and foil information was all correct. I then imported all my decklists and checked the "sync with inventory" box so I could have a good overview of which cards are not in decks etc. I manually edited set and foil information within the decks so that it would show up correctly in my inventory. But now some decks are refusing to sync at all. I've unchecked the box and saved, checked the box and saved. I've exported the deck, deleted it from the site, and created it again, but it refuses to show up at all in my inventory. This only goes for some of my decks. Some update the inventory info immediately, some don't update and keep their incorrect set and foil information, and some simply refuse to show up.

No cards here show up in my inventory. The first example in my inventory is Akoum Refuge.

My inventory just updated, but when I make changes and save them, my inventory doesn't update in real time. Is it supposed to?

There's a small delay shouldn't be very noticeable unless you're really looking for it

Hmm upon further inspection, several of my decks aren't updating at all and haven't refreshed. As an example, this deck has 4x Chemister's Insight from GRN, information that I put in long ago, but they still show up as being from C20 in my inventory.

Several cards in my decks have been reverted to Latest printing, but they seem to be updating my inventory correctly now!

In this deck I originally marked the Growth Spiral as being a foil promo. Just now it's been reverted to the default latest printing. I then went in and changed it to the foil promo, and now a minute later, my inventory has correctly updated.
I'm also experiencing a strange bug where if I change the printing of a card in the live editor, it occasionally adds an addition copy that isn't visible in the live editor. I see the second copy in the deck list, and when I use the old editor, it will complain about there being 101 cards and sure enough, it shows up like this: 4x Chemister's Insight (GRN) 4x Chemister's Insight (GRN) This only happens when my inventory hasn't updated yet, but I can't get it to happen consistently.
Another question: Many cards show up correctly because the default Latest printing setting happens to be the one I own, but if the card gets reprinted, I assume it will show up wrong in my inventory? Will I have to manually select the correct printing now to avoid future problems?
Also, initially I was hoping the "restrict to my inventory" switch in the live editor would help me, but I can't seem to figure out what it does. It doesn't prevent me from finding cards I don't have by searching, and it doesn't change the printing of cards I add to a printing in my inventory.

Also, in the live editor, I can't find an option to mark a card as Signed, I've been adding the S tag in the old editor.

Oh yeah, and the banner ad at the bottom? The "sticky-ad-footer" element extends to edges of the site, preventing me from clicking anything covered by it, fx links that are only halfway covored by the ad, a card with its top barely showing in the bottom left corner of my screen in the live editor, etc

In my inventory, a card like Order of Midnight has an alternate art version that I can add to my deck just fine, but by clicking "edit" on an existing Order of Midnight there's no option to pick a variation. I'm having to use the live editor to find out which variation code I need.

hmm as for Order of Midnight you can use the quick search on the edit page to pick the variation, but yeah the live edit has the dropdown which is nicer
as for sticky ad footer, when you X out of that, shouldn't it go away?
seems we did forget the signed field on that form
i would say that yes, at the time you add a card it could be that its the right printing, but later on that printing could float to another set so it will begin using that one on save. if you want to capture printing, just manually specify it.
i think that's everything. if you have some rhyme or reason for that bug let me know, sounds weird

I've figured out when the live editor duplicates cards. When I have already set a card as being a specific printing and I then click to edit it again after having saved the whole deck, if I touch nothing and just click save on the card, it will add an identical line in the old editor:
2x Thornwood Falls (M20)
2x Thornwood Falls (M20)
When I X out of the ad, the sticky ad footer does disappear, but it still catches me off guard if I'm quickly tweaking a deck, not bothering to close it.

sure thing, thank you. we will be addressing that bug very shortly, thank you for your dutiful work discovering it.
as for the sticky ad, yeah i hear similar complaints, tough to know what to do, maybe make the X bigger or something

Reducing the size of the footer to be the size of the ad, making it visible to avoid confusiuon, or preventing it from blocking clicks altogether could work?

I’m having the same issue with syncing some of my decks. Was this ever resolved?

thanks for the feedback, can you link to one particular deck where one particular card isn't showing up? easier to investigate that way
