Sync with inventory not working

I'm having issues with the "sync with inventory" function. I want to use this site to manage my collection and decks. I filled my inventory with with all my cards and made sure set and foil information was all correct. I then imported all my decklists and checked the "sync with inventory" box so I could have a good overview of which cards are not in decks etc. I manually edited set and foil information within the decks so that it would show up correctly in my inventory. But now some decks are refusing to sync at all. I've unchecked the box and saved, checked the box and saved. I've exported the deck, deleted it from the site, and created it again, but it refuses to show up at all in my inventory. This only goes for some of my decks. Some update the inventory info immediately, some don't update and keep their incorrect set and foil information, and some simply refuse to show up.

thanks for the feedback, can you link to one particular deck where one particular card isn't showing up? easier to investigate that way
