Submitting New Cards

I'm curious as to who actually does the submitting of new cards. It seems they take awhile to come online, and occasionally I find a missing printing.
I am specifically asking right now because I want the Masterpieces and new Zur the Enchanter Judge Promo online.
What is the process of getting the cards on the website? Is this something I could personally help with?

Cropping is no longer a big deal anymore. Yeago's new border scheme actually makes uncropped images look better.
The most important thing about adding a card is making sure all the information (and I mean all of it) is correct when you submit it.

You can add new card sets for existing cards under the card edit option. Any upgraded user can submit the changes. You just need to make sure you crop the black border from the card (so I've been told in the past).
